Delete your Epic Life account
Epic Life Skin Care lets you delete your account and associated personal data. You can request deletion here without reinstalling the mobile app.
What we delete or scrub
When deletion is confirmed we deactivate the account, revoke sessions and push tokens, clear wishlist and saved addresses, scramble the password, and remove personal identifiers such as name, email, phone, and avatar from the account profile.
What we may retain
Order, payment, and fulfillment records tied to past purchases may be retained in anonymized or limited form where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Loyalty balances and referral links for a closed account are no longer usable.
In the mobile app
Sign in → Profile → Delete account. You’ll confirm with your password or an email code.
Request deletion on the web
Enter the email on your account. We’ll send a 6-digit code. Enter that code below to permanently close the account and scrub personal information.
