Epic Life (“we”, “us”) operates this storefront. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it when you shop, create an account, or contact us.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use Epic Life, we may collect: name, phone number, email, shipping address, order history, account preferences, device/browser information, and messages you send to support or doctor chat.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to create and manage your account, process orders and deliveries (including cash on delivery / COD where offered), provide customer support, improve the storefront and mobile app, prevent fraud, and communicate order or service updates. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
We may share data with delivery partners, logistics providers, and service providers who help us operate the platform (including Firebase for push notifications when you enable them). Only as needed to fulfill your order or run the service. We currently accept cash on delivery rather than card processors on the storefront; if payment providers are added later, this section will be updated. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and accounting requirements for past orders. After account deletion we scrub profile identifiers (email, phone, name, addresses, wishlist) while order/fulfillment records may be retained as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
6. Your choices
You may update account details in your profile, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or delete your account in the Epic Life mobile app or at https://epiclife.et/delete-account (email verification required). You can also contact us to ask how your data is used.
