1. Agreement
By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on the Epic Life storefront, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register. We may suspend accounts that appear abusive or fraudulent.
3. Products & orders
Product details, prices, and availability may change. An order is confirmed when we accept it and send confirmation. We may cancel or adjust orders if an item is unavailable, priced in error, or suspected of misuse.
4. Payments & delivery
Payment methods shown at checkout apply. Delivery times depend on location and courier availability. Risk of loss passes when the order is delivered to you or your nominated recipient, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Returns & support
Please review our returns guidance on the About / FAQ pages. Contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order. Some opened or personal-care items may have limited return eligibility for hygiene reasons.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may refuse service where necessary to protect customers and the platform.
7. Liability
We aim to provide a reliable experience, but the site is provided “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by Ethiopian law, Epic Life is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
